Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, set up email filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail boxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming email messages based on certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you want to redirect e-mails from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
